Minimum Order

Minimum opening and reorders are two cases. Please note, we do not break cases.

Payment Terms

First two orders must be prepaid with credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged upon placement of your order..

Established accounts may apply for 30 day terms by downloading and submitting our CREDIT APPLICATION and a signed authorization for your bank to release credit information. Allow up to two weeks for processing. Submit completed application to wholesale@whitleyspeanut.com or Fax to 804-642-7658.  

Past Due Accounts

Past due account are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.

Returns, Damages & Refusals

If there is an error with your order, please call us within 3 business days. Returns will only be accepted with prior confirmation from us. Save all packaging materials and product for inspections. Refused C.O.D.'s or orders cancelled after shipment is made will be subject to a $20.00 service charge plus shipping costs.

Lead Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During the 4th quarter, processing times may be longer due to increased order volume.

Back Orders

Items not in stock will be back ordered and shipped as soon as possible unless requested otherwise.

eCommerce Policy

We do not allow any of our products to be sold on third party selling sites such as Amazon, Walmart, etc.

Shelf Life

The shelf life of our products varies by container. Out of shell nuts freshness can be extended by storing in the refrigerator or freezer.

  • Unopened Whitley’s Pouch Bags: 6 Months
  • Unopened Whitley’s In-Shell Jumbo Grade Peanuts: Salted: 100 Days | Unsalted: 120 Days 

Allergens

All of our products are manufactured in a facility that processes products containing peanuts, tree nuts, milk, wheat, and soy. Please contact us for any questions about allergens.

We make every effort to provide the most accurate and reliable information in our catalog and on our website. Shipping, Terms and General Information

  • We ship UPS Ground anywhere in the contiguous United States for all orders.
  • We only ship full cases as they are listed on our website and price listed.
  • All shipments are immediate ship.  If you require a future ship date, please email us at wholesale@whitleyspeanut.comor call 800-470-2244 to place your order. 
  • All prices F.O.B Hayes, VA. Prices listed do not include shipping and handling.
  • Please note, our wholesale website is designed for processing UPS shipments or local pick-up at one of the locations listed below.  If you need to ship a larger order, such as a pallet of products, we kindly ask that you contact us directly.  Our team will be happy to assist you with your order and provide a customized shipping quote based on your needs.

Shipping CHOCOLATEY PRODUCTS During Late Spring and Early Fall

We do not ship our chocolatey products when and where temperatures are too warm. During summer they are out of season on our website and not available to order. However, in the late spring and early fall, they remain on our site as some areas are cool enough to receive them. If your order contains any chocolatey products and are being shipped to an area where temperatures are too warm, your chocolatey items will be placed on back order. We will be watching the weather forecast for your area as well as the shipping route and will work very hard to find a time where we can ship your chocolatey products. Please bear with us through this process. If you would like the cancel the chocolatey products at any time please email us at wholesale@whitleyspeanut.com.
